Submission acknowledgement and evaluation marks are different stages. A student can have a successful upload even if the evaluation field has not yet updated.
Step one: submission confirmation
After OAMS submission, check for an acknowledgement and the registered email message described by the university. Save this evidence in case a later query is required.
Step two: evaluation
The university says evaluation status is available through the student Samarth account. Processing may take time after an assignment is received.
Step three: grade card
Marks may later be reflected on the grade card. A delayed grade card update is not by itself proof that an assignment was never received.
Discrepancy checklist
Before raising a grievance, record the programme code, course code, date of submission, acknowledgement and relevant screenshot. Avoid sharing passwords or OTPs.
Practical checklist
- Find the correct course-wise valid assignment.
- Check medium, course code and session before starting.
- Keep evidence of timely submission.
What to do next
Keep the relevant course and programme codes, your own confirmation records and the current session name together. Check the dated guidance and your applicable course rules before completing any university process. Use the related guides on this website for preparation; any university-only action must be completed through the authorised service.
